Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every product you order. If something is not right, we are happy to help.

Return eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

You received a damaged, defective, or leaking product.
You received the wrong item or wrong shade.
The product is expired or near expiry (less than 3 months of shelf life).

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used makeup, skincare, or fragrance products (unless defective)
Products with broken seals or missing packaging
Items purchased during clearance or final sale
Free gifts and samples

How to request a return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at beautytick2@gmail.com or via WhatsApp/Viber.
Share your Order ID, the product name, and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.

Refunds

Prepaid orders: Refunded to your original payment method (eSewa, Khalti, or card) within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via eSewa, Khalti, or bank transfer.

You may also choose store credit or an exchange for another product of equal value.
